Daniel Nicolitz maintains a strategic relationship with executive teams to assist decision makers in understanding how technology plays a vital role to address company goals, challenges, and risks. He translates business goals into technology solutions.
As Technology Success Manager at TruTechnology, he oversees the proactive “superpower”, that helps identify and address business risk and needs. Daniel provides clients the vision and guidance on how to use technology as a means of accomplishing their business goals.

Director of Happiness
Anna Marasigan helps to improve/maintain company culture and execute on client’s business needs. Anna works as a primary contact for her team members and clients as an internal advocate.
As the Director of Happiness at TruTechnology,. Her duty is to create an environment that is welcoming, people focused and promotes positive culture. She manages multiple aspects of her client’s accounts as well as oversees training and career development for her staff members. For Anna, having close, meaningful relationships with others and helping them with their business needs is the most rewarding part of the role.
Outside of the office, Anna enjoys spending time with her family and painting with her daughter.
VP of Operations
Chris Stuhlman maintains a strategic relationship with our client base, and internal departments. Providing guidance for internal staff through strong leadership, direction, coordination and targeted oversight.
As a Service Manager at TruTechnology, he oversees the Support Desk Team and overall Service Delivery for the company. For Chris, having accountability for ensuring our services meet our clients business needs and are delivered in accordance with their business requirements is the most rewarding part of this role.
Outside of the office, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, going to the beach, and golfing.
Support Escalation Engineer
Henry Steele helps clients and the support team on any complex or urgent issues that arise in a client’s environment.
As the Support Escalation Engineer at TruTechnology he oversees any technical issues that are escalated to him, as well as any reactive network and server administration. For Henry helping his coworkers foster their technical growth by assisting them with complex technical issues, is the most rewarding part of the role.
Outside of the office, Henry enjoys Scuba Diving, Fishing, and spending quality time with his family.
Jonathan Mendum plays a vital role on the support team, providing timely reactive responses to issues reported by end users.
As Support Engineer at TruTechnology, he adheres to a daily structure of resolving reported issues with speed and agility; bringing about the best possible outcome for clients. In addition, he resolves reactive issues strategically in order to prevent the same type of problem in the future.
Outside of the office, Jonathan enjoys hanging out with friends, listening to heavy metal, and watching horror movies. He considers heavy metal to be very therapeutic and motivational.
Katia Font helps clients and the Support Team with triaging tickets based on urgency and priority, quick fixes as they come in over the phone or through a ticket, and creating accounts as clients hire new employees or lock them down as they terminate employees.
As a Support Engineer at TruTechnology, she provides support to the clients as well as assists the team with working through urgent tickets. For Katia, building relationships with clients over the phone, is the most rewarding part of the role.
Outside of the office, Katia enjoys riding her bike, going to the beach, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
Support and Field Services Engineer
Brad Cannon assists clients on the support desk helping to resolve, educate, and implement workflows to improve the client experience for their day to day roles.
As a Support and Field Services Engineer at TruTechnology, he works with clients remote or in person, to resolve issues as well as install, manage, and troubleshoot client equipment. For Brad, meeting clients and working on a face to face basis to build relationships is the most rewarding part of the role.
Outside of the office, Brad enjoys time with family and friends, great food, and activities such as exercise and playing guitar.
Director of Technical Services
Christopher Cayll helps clients achieve their business goals by designing and facilitating the efficient execution of planned strategic projects.
As the Director of Technical Services at TruTechnology, he oversees the professional services team, as well as all projects. For Chris, his team implementing a project transparently that accomplishes an agreed upon business objective is the most rewarding part of the role.
Outside of the office, Chris enjoys 3D printing, spending time with his wife and their fur baby, and building knowledge around the IT space.
David Perez helps businesses act on strategic changes and implement work plans drafted by the solutions design team.
As a Project Engineer at TruTechnology, he oversees small scale projects, as well as works with the businesses to strategically implement solutions. For David, doing quality implementations for the customer is the most rewarding part of the role.
Outside of the office, David enjoys driving his BMW E36, longboarding, and soccer.
Jay Pledger helps businesses protect themselves, both from external and internal issues.
As a NOC Engineer at TruTechnology, Jay is the man behind the curtain. He oversees backups, server monitoring, patching and multiple security platforms. For Jay, ensuring uninterrupted business continuity is the name of the game.
Outside of the office Jay enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and dogs, doing girlfriend and dog stuff.
Sr IT Auditor
Stephen Oppel helps businesses IT infrastructure stay in alignment with industry-leading standards and best practices.
As a Sr IT Auditor at TruTechnology, He drives the technology alignment process which in return reduces risk and client issues. For Stephen, compiling valuable data that strategic recommendations can be made from and seeing business improvement from the process is the most rewarding part of the role.

Cam Gill is an IT Auditor at TruTechnology. He helps ensure businesses are kept as secure and stable as possible by focusing on technology alignment, comparing our client environments to our best practices and industry frameworks. The data he compiles is put into a review and sent back to our Chief Information Officer to assist in an overall business improvement plan through our proactive approach to client engagement and support. Cam has won multiple “Employee of the Month” awards, has a strong organizational ability and being part of the team is the best part of his job.
In his free time, Cam enjoys hanging out with his family doing outdoor activities.
Jack McVearry is an IT Auditor at TruTechnology and has a degree from UNF. He helps ensure businesses are kept as secure and stable as possible by focusing on technology alignment, comparing our client environments to our best practices and industry frameworks. The data he compiles is put into a review and sent back to our Chief Information Officer to assist in an overall business improvement plan through our proactive approach to client engagement and support.
The best part of Jack’s job is meeting new people, interacting with our clients and the satisfaction of completing his job fully.
Jack is great at soccer and making people smile. He loves to exercise, and watch shows in his free time.
Tony Haskew has 15+ years of experience in the IT field. He started working as a web developer in the 90’s and over the years migrated into the administration of systems and infrastructures of companies.
Tony enjoys working on new technology and finding new ways to address old issues in the management of IT systems.
Outside of work, Tony is a 3D printing enthusiast, commission painter, and enjoys spending time with his family.
Nick uses his process-oriented and detailed approach within projects to help clients meet their business requirements in a budgeted and timely manner without letting anything slip through the cracks.
As the Project Coordinator at TruTechnology, he plays a key role on the Professional Services team, ensuring the team is acting and a cohesive unit and all available resources are utilized. This function allows work plans to be executed precisely and to the exact specifications of our clients.
Outside of the office, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, being out on the water, and cheering on the Miami Hurricanes.
Ashton Kelley is a member our Support Desk team and assists clients by triaging tickets and troubleshooting technology issues. Whether submitted through the ticketing system, email, or over the phone Ashton plays a pivotal role in solving and eliminating technology challenges.
As a Support Engineer at TruTechnology, Ashton strives to respond as quickly as possible while resolving “quick fix tickets” in a timely and effective manner. For Ashton, being a friendly, resourceful voice over the phone is his favorite part of the role.
Outside of the office, Ashton enjoys playing computer games with his friends, spending time with his girlfriend, and making frequent trips to both Universal and Disney’s theme parks.
Tammy Cipriani is our Marketing Manager at TruTechnology. With a double major from University of North Florida in Marketing and Management, she uses those skills and years of experience to educate clients about our proactive services. She handles our social media, email marketing, networking and events. She loves planning and implementing new ideas, and feels that good synergy creates great marketing programs.
In her free time, she spends lots of time with her family and her 113 pound Akita sniffing out new adventures.
Inside Sales Representative
Jonathan DeCarlo is the first point-of-contact that engages with business leaders of organizations located in the greater Jacksonville area to introduce TruTechnology and how our IT managed services may be beneficial to them.
As an Inside Sales Representative, Jonathan’s goal is to contact decision makers of businesses and learn about their current IT challenges, discuss ways in which we can enhance their IT structure, and build relationships that will leave a lasting impression. One of the most rewarding parts of his job is being able to speak to business owners from various industries and backgrounds, and have meaningful conversations on ways we can improve upon their operational goals and efficiency.
Outside of the office, Jonathan enjoys going to the gym, hanging out at the beach with his friends, and exploring new restaurants around Jacksonville.
Accounting and Procurement Specialist
Gage Gunnells is the accounting and procurement specialist at TruTechnology. He graduated from Birmingham Southern College with a Bachelors in Accounting and an Associates in Business Administration. He specializes in managing financials and getting the best value he can for clients. He feels like TruTech is his home away from home because his co-workers feel like family. He loves his role ad the clients he services.
In his free time, Gage likes PC Games, golfing, going to the beach, cooking, grilling and baking. His wife and dogs enjoy it too!
